WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR SURF LESSONS

How we started our surf lessons :

Security summary

  • Heating
  • Instruction on the beach on how to paddle and stand up on the board (stand-up)
  • Practice in the water according to the instructions given on the beach
  • Comments in the water with the instructor

What you need to bring:

  • Swimming kit (don’t forget your towel!)
  • Sunscreen
  • Clothes according to the season

What we provide:

  • Surfboards – suited to your experience
  • Surf suit – suitable for the conditions (don’t forget that the zipper is on the back).
  • Accident insurance
  • Where we are:
    The meeting point is in Costa da Caparica – Praia do Norte.

Group sizes:

We accept groups of up to 20 people, however, when practicing in the water, we insist on the ratio recommended by the FPS (Portuguese Surfing Federation) of 1:5 (1 instructor for 5 students).
