the A2 highway from central Lisbon heading south and, after crossing the bridge, turn right at the first exit and follow the IC 20 to Costa da Caparica, which is just 20 minutes from the city center.<\/p>\n<h4>Bus:<\/h4>\n<p>For those without a car, public transport allows you to reach the surf beaches. Lines 3709 depart from Marqu\u00eas do Pombal and 3710 depart from Sete Rios and take you directly from central Lisbon to Costa da Caparica, with several stops along the way.<\/p>\n<h4>Train:<\/h4>\n<p>Take the train to Sete Rios, cross the Tejo Bridge, and exit at Pragal in 11 minutes. From Roma-Areeiro station, on Avenida Roma, the train takes 17 minutes, and from Campolide, just 8 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Once in Pragal, already south of Lisbon, there's a direct bus to Costa da Caparica.<\/p>\n<p>3024 - Pragal - Costa da Caparica (36 minutes)<\/p>\n<p>The total journey time varies between 40 minutes and 1 hour, depending on the departure station.<\/p>\n<h4>Boat:<\/h4>\n<p>There are two options available:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From Cais do Sodr\u00e9 to Cacilhas Departures from Cais do Sodr\u00e9 are regular during the week. Every 10 minutes, there's a boat. On weekends and holidays, there are approximately three trips per hour in each direction (check the schedule).<\/li>\n<li>From Cacilhas to Costa da Caparica 3011 - Cacilhas - Costa da Caparica (34 minutes)<\/li>\n<li>From Bel\u00e9m to Trafaria On weekdays, there's approximately one departure per hour from Bel\u00e9m (check the schedule).
